We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, working within the retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business continuity planning and disaster recovery, as well as experience working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive business continuity plan to ensure the continued operation of the business in the event of a disaster or other disruption
- Coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to identify critical business functions and develop strategies to mitigate risks
- Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential threats to the business
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in the event of a business continuity incident
- Test and evaluate the effectiveness of the business continuity plan through regular drills and exercises
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the business continuity program

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field

- Strong knowledge of retail operations and industry-specific risks
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Certification in Business Continuity Planning (CBCP) or related field is preferred
