We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Operations Manager to join our Information Technology team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business systems and ensuring smooth functioning of all IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of all business systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to meet operational goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of business systems operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business systems operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
