We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Operations Manager to join our dynamic real estate team in Sharjah. The Business Systems Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our business systems, ensuring seamless processes and workflows within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize business systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Oversee the implementation and integration of new systems and technologies
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of business systems
- Analyze data and generate reports to track performance metrics and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
