We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Manager to join our healthcare organization based in Dubai. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring efficient and effective communication with patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of call center agents to provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Monitor call center performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Train and coach call center staff on best practices for customer service and communication
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall patient experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance call center operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center management role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
