We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns for our consumer goods products. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our consumer goods products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed successfully
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Manage budget and resources effectively to achieve campaign objectives
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
