Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campaign Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our healthcare services and initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.

- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, target demographics, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to refine campaign strategies and improve effectiveness.

- Content Creation and Management: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media. Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, and media partners, to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.

- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success. Regularly analyze campaign performance data and present findings to senior management, making recommendations for improvement.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures and provide regular updates on budget status.

- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in healthcare marketing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and project management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, project management tools, analytics software).
