Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cargo Agent Assistant in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide support to the Cargo Agent in handling and coordinating the transportation of goods and materials for our aerospace and defense operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Cargo Agent in coordinating and monitoring the shipment of goods, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all cargo transactions, including shipping details, invoices, and customs documentation
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient cargo operations
- Assist in tracking and monitoring the movement of cargo through various transportation modes, including air, sea, and land
- Support the Cargo Agent in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to cargo shipments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies pertaining to cargo handling and transportation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in cargo operations or logistics, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping practices
