We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter Foreman to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Carpenter Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing all carpentry projects within our properties, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of carpenters in the construction, installation, and maintenance of various wooden structures within our properties.
- Plan and schedule carpentry projects, including estimating materials and labor costs, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure quality and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, and request supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to complete multi-disciplinary projects.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman or similar role in the Real Estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid UAE driving license.
