Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Cash Management Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing support for various cash management functions within the organization. This role is crucial in maintaining financial integrity and optimizing cash flow to support our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily cash transactions and ensure all cash management processes adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Prepare daily cash position summaries, including cash inflows and outflows, to ensure optimal cash liquidity.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, cash drawers, and other cash management systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts and budgets, providing insights on cash management strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely processing of patient payments, insurance reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Generate and analyze cash management reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to cash management operations.
- Provide training and support to finance staff regarding cash handling procedures and best practices.
- Support the implementation of cash management technology and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in audits of cash management functions, assisting auditors with documentation and information requests.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in cash management or a similar finance role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of cash management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with healthcare financial systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various departments.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.
