We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Casino Host to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Casino Host will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to high-value guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience at our casino.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests to ensure their needs and preferences are met
- Coordinate and host special events, promotions, and tournaments for VIP guests
- Provide personalized service to guests, including arranging accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, and entertainment
- Act as a liaison between guests and various departments within the casino to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Monitor guest activity and spending habits to identify opportunities for personalized offers and promotions
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions for VIP guests
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide recommendations for enhancing the guest experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the casino or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and industry trends
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
