Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Casino Program Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our innovative casino program, which uniquely integrates agricultural themes and experiences. This position is key to enhancing our guests' experience while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development and Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage casino programs that integrate agricultural elements into gaming experiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote programs, events, and offerings that attract guests and enhance their experience.
2. Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the casino program, ensuring all activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of various gaming events, ensuring optimal resource allocation and staffing.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of staff, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are knowledgeable about both casino operations and agricultural themes.
4. Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Monitor guest feedback and engagement levels, utilizing insights to improve program offerings and service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention within the casino program.
5. Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the budget for the casino program, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving measures.
6. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to casino operations and agriculture.
- Work closely with relevant authorities to maintain necessary licenses and permits.
7. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the agriculture team to incorporate farm-to-table experiences into casino offerings, promoting local produce and sustainability.

8. Innovation and Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends in both the gaming and agriculture sectors to ensure the casino program remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Agriculture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in casino operations, program management, or a related role (less than 8 years).
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations and operational best practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passion for agriculture and an understanding of sustainable practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight.
