We are seeking a talented and experienced Casting Director to join our team in Dubai. As a Casting Director in the energy industry, you will be responsible for finding and selecting the most suitable actors, models, and talent for various projects related to the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and other key stakeholders to understand the casting needs for each project
- Conduct auditions and casting calls to identify potential talent
- Negotiate contracts and fees with talent and their agents

- Manage casting budgets and ensure cost-effective casting solutions
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in the entertainment industry

- Provide guidance and support to talent throughout the casting process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Theater, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Casting Director in the entertainment industry
- Strong knowledge of casting processes and industry standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
