Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Casting Director to join our innovative real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for talent and possess a deep understanding of how to effectively portray properties and real estate projects to enhance their marketability. This role is crucial in selecting the right individuals who will represent our brand and showcase our real estate offerings in a compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand the vision and requirements for casting talent for various real estate projects, including promotional videos, virtual tours, and advertising campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with talent agencies, actors, influencers, and other industry professionals to create a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct auditions and interviews, assessing candidates’ suitability for roles that will effectively highlight our properties and brand ethos.
- Organize and coordinate casting calls, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed, including scheduling, location scouting, and communication with talent.
- Work closely with creative teams to align talent decisions with the overall marketing strategy and brand image.
- Provide direction and feedback during rehearsals and filming to ensure the best possible representation of properties.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talent, and innovative casting techniques to keep the company competitive in the market.
- Manage and oversee contracts and agreements with selected talent, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Analyze casting results and feedback to refine future casting processes and improve overall project outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Theatre, Performing Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in casting, talent management, or a related role, preferably within the real estate or commercial sector.
- Proven track record of successfully casting talent for various projects, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and how to effectively communicate property features and benefits through talent representation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with talent and team members alike.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in casting software and tools, as well as familiarity with filming and production processes.
