We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering operations, with experience in managing a team and overseeing all aspects of food service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate catering operations for corporate events, meetings, and functions
- Manage a team of catering staff, including chefs, servers, and event coordinators
- Ensure high quality food and service delivery, meeting the expectations of clients and guests
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for catering operations
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed
- Work closely with clients to create customized menus and packages
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage budgets and financial performance of catering operations
- Provide leadership and training to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in catering operations, with at least [X] years in a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
