We are seeking a skilled Cell Phone Technician to join our team in Sharjah. As a Cell Phone Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining cell phones and other electronic devices in a retail setting.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair cell phones and other electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
- Replace damaged parts, such as screens, batteries, and charging ports
- Perform software updates and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
- Keep accurate records of repairs and inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and products in the industry
- Assist customers with purchasing new devices and accessories

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
