We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Operations Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Channel Operations Manager in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our channel operations, including distribution, logistics, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and suppliers.
- Manage and optimize channel performance, including sales forecasts, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales performance, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline channel operations and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in channel operations management, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing channel partners and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
