We are seeking a motivated and experienced Charter Boat Captain Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Charter Boat Captain Assistant, you will work closely with the Charter Boat Captain to ensure the smooth operation of our charter boat services for retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Charter Boat Captain in preparing the boat for charter trips, including cleaning, maintenance, and stocking supplies
- Assisting with the boarding and disembarking of passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey
- Providing exceptional customer service to retail customers, including answering questions, providing information about the boat and the surrounding area, and ensuring a positive experience for all passengers
- Assisting with navigation and steering of the boat under the direction of the Charter Boat Captain
- Assisting with emergency procedures and protocols in the event of any issues or incidents during the charter trip
- Maintaining a clean and organized boat at all times, including ensuring all safety equipment is in good working condition
- Assisting with sales and promotions of charter boat services to retail customers, including providing information and booking trips as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working on charter boats or similar vessels
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Basic knowledge of boat navigation and safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction from the Charter Boat Captain
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in boating safety or a related field
- Experience working in the retail or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of local waterways and attractions in Dubai
