We are seeking a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) to join our Construction company in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a focus on the construction industry. The Chartered Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop financial models to support project evaluation and decision-making
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management
- Monitor project financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial goals are met
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to provide informed financial advice
- Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation

- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
