We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our financial services firm based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services industry and a proven track record of success in executive leadership roles.

As the CEO, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, driving growth and profitability, and overseeing all aspects of the business operations. You will work closely with the board of directors to develop and implement long-term goals and objectives, while also managing day-to-day operations to ensure the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to drive business growth and profitability
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Manage financial performance and budgeting to achieve financial targets
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and business development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- [6-8] years of executive leadership experience in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
