We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our manufacturing company based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the manufacturing industry, with a strong strategic vision and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic business plan in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the organization
- Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, supply chain management, and logistics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and maximize profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government agencies
- Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives
- Monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability
- Strong strategic vision and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred
- Knowledge of the local market in Dubai and the wider UAE region is a plus
