We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Chief Knowledge Operations Officer in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the knowledge management operations of the organization, ensuring that information and expertise are effectively utilized to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments and teams.
- Lead the development and maintenance of a knowledge management system to capture, store, and disseminate critical information within the organization.
- Identify and implement best practices for knowledge management, including the use of technology and tools to facilitate information sharing.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of knowledge management professionals, ensuring that goals and objectives are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or information management.
- At least 5 years of experience in knowledge management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to drive change within an organization.
- Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
