Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join our team based in Dubai, UAE. The CMO will be responsible for overseeing all medical aspects of our construction projects, ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and visitors on site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medical policies and procedures in line with local regulations and best practices.
- Provide medical guidance and support to project managers and site supervisors.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess health and safety risks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with external medical providers for emergency response and medical evacuations.
- Provide training and education to employees on health and safety practices.
- Manage the medical clinic on site, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
- Monitor and report on health and safety metrics to senior management.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in occupational health.

Requirements:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in UAE.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English, Arabic language skills are a plus.
