We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Revenue Operations Officer to join our team in the Energy sector based in Dubai, UAE. As the Chief Revenue Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue operations within the organization, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue generation strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead and manage the sales, marketing, and business development teams to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the executive team on revenue-related matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets in the Energy sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
