We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the CRO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of risk management within our financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization
- Lead a team of risk management professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and emerging risks to anticipate potential threats to the organization
- Collaborate with senior management to develop risk management strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Board of Directors and executive team on the organization's risk profile and mitigation efforts
- Conduct risk assessments and stress tests to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and controls
- Implement risk monitoring tools and systems to track and report on key risk indicators and metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- [X] years of experience in risk management, with [X] years in a leadership role within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the UAE and international markets
- Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management strategies that drive business growth and profitability
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CFA are a plus
