We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a City Manager Assistant in the field of Agriculture in Dubai. The City Manager Assistant will work closely with the City Manager to oversee and manage various agricultural projects and initiatives within the city.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the City Manager in developing and implementing agricultural programs and initiatives to enhance the sustainability and productivity of urban agriculture in Dubai.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, local farmers, and community groups, to ensure the successful implementation of agricultural projects.
- Conduct research and analysis on agricultural trends, best practices, and technologies to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate project updates, outcomes, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of agricultural projects, and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Assist in budget planning and management for agricultural programs and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the City Manager to support the overall success of agricultural projects in Dubai.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in agricultural project management, urban agriculture, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of local agriculture regulations and practices in Dubai is preferred.
