We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Operations Manager to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Client Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client operations within the healthcare organization, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the client services team, including managing client inquiries, complaints, and escalations
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to the client services team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in client operations management within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving operational excellence
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
