We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Client Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client operations within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports on client operations performance to senior management
- Lead a team of client operations specialists to ensure excellence in service delivery
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive in the market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
