We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Operations Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all client operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all client operations, including client onboarding, account management, and client support
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure client success

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
