We are seeking a skilled Clinical Data Analyst to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Clinical Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex clinical data to support evidence-based decision making and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and organize clinical data from various sources, including electronic health records, medical claims, and patient surveys.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to patient care, treatment outcomes, and healthcare operations.
- Develop and maintain databases and data management systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical data.
- Generate reports and visualizations to communicate data insights to healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement research studies and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to clinical data management and analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in clinical data analysis in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, R, Python, or SAS.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and HL7.
