We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Data Manager to join our pharmaceutical company based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing clinical trial data and ensuring its accuracy and integrity throughout the entire data management process.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of clinical data management for assigned projects, including data collection, processing, validation, and analysis
- Develop data management plans and ensure they are implemented effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery for regulatory submissions
- Perform data review and cleaning activities to ensure data quality and integrity
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for data management
- Provide support for database design and maintenance activities
- Train and mentor junior data management staff as needed
- Participate in the development and implementation of data management processes and SOPs
- Contribute to the development of study protocols and data collection instruments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
- [X] years of experience in clinical data management in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial data management processes and systems
- Experience with CDISC standards and electronic data capture systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
