We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for research and a strong background in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of clinical research studies within the manufacturing sector
- Collect and analyze data, and prepare reports for study investigators
- Coordinate study activities with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and research partners
- Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation and records
- Assist in the preparation of study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents
- Participate in the recruitment and screening of study participants
- Assist in the training of study staff and ensure protocol adherence
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Research Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Nursing)
- Prior experience in clinical research, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data management software
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Certification in Clinical Research
- Experience with electronic data capture systems
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software

This is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE. The salary and benefits package will be commensurate with experience.
