We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Dubai. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and instruments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine the best approach for machining parts
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality control
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the machining process
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
