We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machinery to produce parts and components for educational purposes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and machining, as well as a passion for education and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write programs for CNC machinery based on engineering drawings and specifications
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts and components
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues as they arise
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize production processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- [X] years of experience in CNC programming and machining
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
