We are currently seeking a Collections Assistant to join our construction company based in Dubai. The Collections Assistant will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients to follow up on outstanding invoices and payments
- Negotiating payment plans with clients who are experiencing financial difficulties
- Updating and maintaining accurate records of all collections activities
- Working closely with the finance team to resolve any payment discrepancies
- Generating reports on the status of outstanding payments and collections efforts
- Assisting with the reconciliation of accounts receivable

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and payment processes is a plus
