We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Health Worker to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in promoting health and wellness within the community, as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to improve overall health outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach and engage with community members to assess health needs and provide education on preventive care measures
- Provide support and guidance to individuals on managing chronic health conditions and accessing healthcare services
- Collaborate with local health providers and organizations to coordinate care and resources for community members
- Organize and facilitate health promotion events, workshops, and support groups for the community
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records for individuals and track progress towards health goals
- Advocate for policy changes and initiatives that promote health equity and access to healthcare services for all community members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in community health outreach and education
- Knowledge of health disparities and social determinants of health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
