Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Health Worker to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Community Health Worker, you will be responsible for promoting health and wellness within the construction community. Your main goal will be to educate and support construction workers in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and preventing illness and injury.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for construction workers
- Provide education on health topics such as nutrition, exercise, and disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure construction workers receive proper care
- Advocate for the health needs of construction workers within the community
- Develop and implement health promotion programs and activities
- Provide support and guidance to construction workers in accessing healthcare services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with construction workers
- Participate in community events and outreach programs to promote health and wellness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, nursing, or related field
