We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and community development, with a passion for making a positive impact in the local community.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement programs that support sustainable agriculture practices and promote environmental conservation
- Collaborate with local farmers, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to identify community needs and develop tailored programs
- Manage a team of community outreach specialists and volunteers to ensure program success and impact
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, and make adjustments as needed
- Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote awareness and build partnerships
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to community development and agriculture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Community Development, or related field
