We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Operations Program Manager to join our healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The Community Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of community outreach and engagement programs within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community outreach programs to promote healthcare services and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute community events, workshops, and health fairs
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, organizations, and stakeholders
- Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Supervise a team of community outreach coordinators and volunteers
- Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of community programs
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in community outreach or program management within the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
