We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Community Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our Aerospace and Defense division, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various community operations programs to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community operations strategies and programs to support the overall objectives of the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies to ensure seamless coordination and execution of community operations initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of community programs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
- Manage budget and resources allocated for community operations programs, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local community leaders, government officials, and industry partners to foster collaboration and support for program objectives.
- Lead a team of community operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team cohesion and high performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in community operations, program management, or a similar role within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies, stakeholder management, and program development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve program goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
