We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Community Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our community operations program within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with the local community
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that community initiatives are aligned with overall business goals
- Plan and execute community events, programs, and outreach activities
- Monitor and analyze community feedback and data to continuously improve program effectiveness
- Manage a team of community operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Act as the main point of contact for community members, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance community engagement and support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
