Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Relations Manager to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in the Aerospace and Defense sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing community engagement strategies that foster positive relationships between the organization and the local community, stakeholders, and government entities. This role will be pivotal in promoting our initiatives, enhancing our corporate reputation, and ensuring alignment with our corporate social responsibility goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive community relations strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives within the Aerospace and Defense sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, government officials, and stakeholders to promote the company’s initiatives and projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Organize community outreach programs, events, and initiatives that enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in the local community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and disseminate information about the company’s community engagement efforts, achievements, and contributions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community relations programs and initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize impact.
- Prepare and present reports on community engagement activities and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about local community issues, trends, and needs to ensure that community relations strategies are relevant and impactful.
- Manage the community relations budget, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to various initiatives and programs.
- Represent the company at community events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our commitment to social responsibility and community development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in community relations, public relations, or corporate social responsibility, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing community engagement initiatives and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense sector and its unique community engagement challenges and opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess community needs and impact of initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms for community engagement.
