We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Operations Program Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compensation and benefits operations, program management, and a strong understanding of telecommunications industry practices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs in alignment with the company's overall business objectives and strategy
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the compensation team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations
- Analyze and interpret compensation data to make recommendations for improvement and ensure competitiveness in the market
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure proper budgeting and forecasting for compensation programs
- Lead the design and implementation of incentive programs to drive employee performance and retention
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of compensation processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to make informed decisions for the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits operations, with at least 2 years in a program management role
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
