We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all operations within the transportation and logistics department comply with local and international regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for the transportation and logistics department
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to transportation, shipping, and logistics
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any non-compliance issues and develop corrective action plans
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and external auditors to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance issues and best practices
- Investigate and resolve any compliance violations or issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and industry standards that may impact the transportation and logistics department
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

- Knowledge of local and international regulations related to transportation and logistics
