We are looking for an experienced Compliance Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Compliance Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all compliance operations within our educational institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the education sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to local and international regulations
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on compliance matters and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and communicate relevant information to relevant stakeholders
- Manage a team of compliance officers and provide training and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the education sector
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
