We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Operations Manager to join our retail team in Abu Dhabi. The Compliance Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all compliance operations within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of local regulations and laws related to retail operations in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to local regulations and laws
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any compliance issues
- Monitor and track changes in regulations and laws that may impact retail operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters
- Investigate and resolve any compliance violations or issues
- Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory authorities as required
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in compliance operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in compliance operations, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and laws related to retail operations in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
