Job Description:

We are seeking a Computer Operations Manager Assistant to join our healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The Computer Operations Manager Assistant will work closely with the Computer Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all computer systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Computer Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the computer systems, including troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise
- Monitor the performance of computer systems and ensure they are running efficiently
- Assist in the implementation of new computer systems and software upgrades
- Provide technical support to staff members on computer-related issues
- Maintain documentation of computer systems and procedures
- Assist in training staff members on the proper use of computer systems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant IT policies and procedures
- Assist in developing and implementing IT security protocols to protect the organization's data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a computer operations role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and software
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems is a plus
