We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Concierge Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill requests and provide information to guests
- Handle mail and courier deliveries
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with planning and organizing company events and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Concierge Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of basic office equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
