Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Program Manager with a strong background in Information Technology to oversee and manage the execution of various IT infrastructure projects within the Abu Dhabi region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction projects related to IT infrastructure, including data centers, network installations, and other technology-related facilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to identify project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assign roles, responsibilities, and resources for each project. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project progress or quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify adherence to project specifications.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, financial performance, and key performance indicators, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., PMP, Agile, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and construction management tools.
- Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes in the UAE construction industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and client satisfaction.
