Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharjah within the Consumer Goods sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in content management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on optimizing content operations to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify content trends and opportunities that drive brand positioning.

2. Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple content projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing resource allocation effectively.

3. Content Creation and Optimization:
- Work with content creators, designers, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to brand guidelines and compliance standards.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the liaison between different departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration to ensure content initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with IT and digital teams to integrate content across digital platforms and improve user experience.

5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future content strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.

6. Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline content workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce turnaround times.
- Develop and maintain a content management system (CMS) that supports scalability and accessibility of content assets.

7. Team Leadership and Development:
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Encourage a collaborative team environment that promotes creativity and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in content operations, project management, or a related role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), project management tools, and analytics software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
