Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Copy Editor to join our team in Dubai. As a Copy Editor, you will be responsible for reviewing and editing all written content to ensure it is error-free, consistent, and aligns with our brand voice and style guidelines. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality copy for various retail materials, including but not limited to product descriptions, promotional materials, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and edit all written content for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and style across all retail materials
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling and engaging copy
- Proofread and fact-check all copy to ensure it is error-free and meets quality standards
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance copywriting strategies
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in copy editing and apply them to improve content quality
- Assist in creating and maintaining a style guide for reference by the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field

- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in proofreading and fact-checking techniques
- Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines

- Familiarity with AP style and SEO best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
